The Princess and the Frog has a new trailer out and it has a spin on the classic fairy tale you may not be prepared for. Before the new release I just thought this was the same Princess kisses frog and he becomes a prince story, but it isn’t. This movie not only has a spin but it is also bringing back the hand-drawn animation that Disney use to be known for. I can’t wait to see this.
In “The Princess and the Frog, a prince named Naveen gets transformed into a frog by a voodoo magician named Dr. Facilier. The only way to change back is to kiss a princess, which seems simple, but he mistakes a young girl named Tiana . When Tiana kisses the frog she turns into a frog too and together they must go on an adventure to the Bayou to find a way to reverse the spell.
Want to see it yet? Will Disney be able to bring in the money they want? I think they can. Check out the trailer below:

Have you seen the trailer for the new movie, “Twilight” yet? It’s due out on November 21st in theaters near you. With actors like Robert Pattinson, Kristin Stewart, Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene and many others. I must ask will this one be as good as the Harry Potter Series? Both of which started off with books being written, this one is written by Stephanie Meyer.
In Twilight, 17-year-old Bella moves from Arizona to Washington, but when she falls in love with a vampire her entire life is turned upside down. Even after she finds that her new love happens to be from a long family line of vampires, she’s still attracted and just can’t seem to stay away.
Brad Pitt has already been seen around Venice with his two adopted boys, Maddox and Pax. Looks like they’ll enjoy their father son time while Brad makes his appearance at the 2008 Venice International Film Festival for his soon to be released “Burn After Reading.” This will be the first showing for opening night at the festival.
Brad shares the screen with his BFF, George Clooney, who’ll also be making an appearance. For those that are unaware Burn After Reading is about a man (Brad Pitt) that comes across a Burned CD from the CIA. Realizing what it is he holds it hostage and blackmails all those involved. Brad plays a man that is working in a gym and wants to make a better life for himself, this CD can definitely do just that.

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens introduce the trailer of High School Musical 3: The Senior Year. The trailer hit the blogosphere around July 15th and it is one of the most popular Youtube trailers for July. Is this one of the movies you are eager to watch? Did you see the first two High School Musicals?
It’s all your favorite characters from before with their high school dramas all brought out in a sing song, musical. They’ll dance through their issues in a beautiful musical of hip pop songs that all teens love. You’ll see: Gabriella, Troy, Chad, Taylor and Sharpay. The Wildcats are back and they are actually going to be graduating. Woo hoo!
For those planning on seeing this one in theaters it’ll open on October 24th, I’d be purchasing those tickets long before that though. It’s going to be a big hit.
Disney is bringing us their first black Princess and her name is Princess Tiana and she must find her prince by kissing all the frogs she finds. Course her only problem is …. they are frogs….who wants to kiss one of those? ikk. However while this marks a first for Disney it is already stirring up controversy. One Youtube lady has expressed her dissatisfaction that “Princess Tiana” was first suppose to be a chambermaid by the name of Maddy. But after many unhappy Disney Lovers they changed her name and then made her a princess. But now another issue remains…they made her into the stereotypical “black woman” according to the youtuber , “She’s got a big butt and large lips. Why can’t she be just normal like others?”
Honestly I think it looks like really cute movie, with an old classic (Princess must kiss a frog to make a Prince) and a spin on it. The setting is the New Orleans 1920s era and is set to be released in 2009. Will you be watching it?
Actor Voices in the Movie:
John Goodman as Louis
Anika Noni Rose as Princess Tiana
Angela Bassett as Eudora
This is the second official trailer for “The Princess and the Frog” Disney movie that’ll be coming out December 2009. It seems there is a twist that no one was expecting. Yes, the Princess does kiss the frog but he doesn’t turn into a handsome prince, instead she turns into a frog. Did you see that coming?
The Princess and the Frog will not only have a spin to the classic fairy tale but it is bringing back the hand-drawn animation that Disney was none for. In this movie the frog, a prince named Naveen was turned into his new body by an evil voodoo magician named Dr.Facilier. The frog will be able to turn back into a prince only after he gets a kiss from a princess, he mistakes a young girl named Tiana as one. When she kisses him she turns into a frog herself and together they begin an adventure to the Bayou in the hopes of reversing this curse.
Currently there is no way to upload the video here, but you can view the Official 2nd trailer of “The Princess and the Frog” by clicking on the link.
